SCOTT AND JEN MOVED AWAY
This morning, my son Scott and his wife Jen moved back to Oregon . Scott will be starting his second year of law school at the University of Oregon. He left Logan a year ago, unmarried and going to a town where he did not know a single soul. He goes back this year with his wife. Ready to start a new chapter in his life. He has grown up so quickly all of a sudden. It makes me sad in many ways. I miss the little boy that I one time spent all day with. That made me fall in love with being a mother. I have 4 children, all of whom I love and adore. Scott has a different place in my heart, not better or worse just different. There was a time it was just the 2 of us. I have only had that with him. I beam with pride at who he is now. Even through his silliness and sometimes inappropriateness I see a man I am proud of. I will miss him here in Logan but I am happy to see he has Jen with him to continue his journey. I love them both and I am excited for their married life in Oregon to be
